GENERAL FEATURES

Air cooled water chiller units, with axial fans for outdoor installation. The range consists of 8 models covering a cooling capacity from 47 to 162 kW.

VERSIONS:

CCT - cooling only
CCT/WP - cooling and heating
CCT/SSL - cooling only, super silence unit
CCT/WP/SSL - cooling and heating, super silense unit

TECHNICAL FEATURES FOR STANDARD VERSION (1) :

Frame

Self-supporting galvanized steel frame further protected with polyester powder painting. Easy to remove panels allow access to the inside of the unit for maintenance and other necessary operations.

Compressors

Scroll with oil sight glass. They are fitted with internal overheat protection and crankcase heater if needed, installed on rubber shock absorbers.

Fans

Axial fans directly coupled to a three-phase electric motor with external rotor. A safety fan guard is fitted on the air flow discharge. On the super silenced units there are fans with a low rpm therefore some models have more fans.

Condenser

Copper tube and aluminium finned coil. The circuits are designed to obtain two separate circuits.

Evaporator

In AISI 316 stainless steel braze welded plates type with two independent circuits on the refrigerant side and on the water side. On the heat pump units is always installed an antifreeze heater.

Electrical board

Includes: main switch with door safety interlock; fuses, overload protection for compressors and thermo contacts for fans; interface relays, electrical terminals for external connections.

Microprocessor for automatic control

Allows continuous display of the operational status of the unit, control set and real water temperature and, in case of partial or total block of the unit, indication of security device that intervened.

TECHNICAL FEATURES FOR STANDARD VERSION (2):

Refrigerant circuit versions CCT and CCT/SSL

Each unit includes independent refrigerant circuits. Produced in copper tubing, all models have the following components: thermostatic expansion valve with external equalisation, dehydrator filter, level and humidity indicator, high and low pressure switches (with fixed setting).

Refrigerant circuit versions CCT/WP and CCT/SP/WP

The unit in heat pump version, in addition to the components of the only cooling unit, includes for each circuit: 4-ways reverse valve, liquid separator on the suction line (960 ÷1616 ), liquid receiver, check valves, intermediate exchanger in suction. Water circuit for all version
Includes: evaporator, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential pressure switch and manual air vent. Water circuit with additional inertial tank
Includes: evaporator, insulated inertial tank complete with the anti-freeze heater on the units in heat pump version, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential water pressure switch, manual air vent.

Water circuit with additional circulation pump

Includes: evaporator, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential water pressure switch, circulation pump, expansion vessel, safety valve and thermal rele. Water circuit with additional double circulation pump
Includes: evaporator, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential water pressure switch, double circulation pump, expansion vessel, safety valve, check valve and thermal relay.

FACTORY FITTED ACCESSORIES:

motor protection module, unit sound insulation, condensing regulation down to 0 °C, condensing regulation down to -20 °C; desuperheater, total heat recovery, inertial tank, circulation pump, double circulation pump.

SEPARATELY SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES:

high/low pressure gauges, remote control panel, RS 485 serial interface, coil guards on the condensing coil, rubber shock absorbers.
