GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Air cooled water chiller units, with centrifugal fans for indoor installation. The range consists of 8 models covering a cooling capacity from 47 to 162 kW.

VERSIONS:

CCM - cooling only
CCM/AP - cooling only with high ESP fans
CCM/WP - cooling and heating
CCM/WP/SP - cooling and heating with high ESP fans

TECHNICAL FEATURES FOR STANDARD VERSION (1):

Frame

Self-supporting galvanized steel frame further protected with polyester powder painting. Easy to remove panels allow access to the inside of the unit for maintenance and other necessary operations.

Compressors

Scroll with oil sight glass. They are fitted with internal overheat protection and crankcase heater if needed, installed on rubber shock absorbers. Fans
Belt-driven centrifugal fans, with 3-phase motor and adjustable pulley pitch.

Condenser

Copper tube and aluminium finned coil. The circuits are designed to obtain two separate circuits.

Evaporator

In AISI 316 stainless steel braze welded plates type with two independent circuits on the refrigerant side and one circuit on the water side. On the heat pump units is always installed an antifreeze heater.

Electrical board

Includes: main switch with door safety interlock, fuses, overload protection for compressors and thermo contacts for fans, interface relays, electrical terminals for external connections.

Microprocessor for automatic control

Allows continuous display of the operational status of the unit, control set and real water temperature and, in case of partial or total block of the unit, indication of security device that intervened.

Versions CCM and CCM/AP

Refrigerant circuit

Each unit includes two independent refrigerant circuits. Produced in copper tubing, all models have the following components: thermostatic expansion valve with external equalisation mounted directly on the evaporator; dehydrator filter; level and humidity indicator; high and low pressure switches (with fixed setting).

Versions CCM/WP and CCM/WP/AP

Refrigerant circuit

The unit in heat pump version, in addition to the components of the only cooling unit, includes for each circuit: 4-ways reverse valve, liquid separator on the suction line (960 ÷1616 ), liquid receiver, check valves, intermediate exchanger in suction.

CCM, CCM/AP, CCM/WP, CCM/WP/AP version

Water circuit

Includes: evaporator, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential pressure switch and manual air vent. Water circuit with additional inertial tank
Includes: evaporator, insulated inertial tank complete with the anti-freeze heater on the units in heat pump version, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential water pressure switch, manual air vent.

Water circuit with additional circulation pump

Includes: evaporator, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential water pressure switch, circulation pump, expansion vessel, safety valve and thermal rele.

Water circuit with additional double circulation pump

Includes: evaporator, temperature sensor, antifreeze sensor, differential water pressure switch, double circulation pump, expansion vessel, safety valve, check valve and thermal relè.

FACTORY FITTED ACCESSORIES:

motor protection module, unit sound insulation, condensing regulation down to -20°C, desuperheater, total heat regeneration, inertial tank, circulation pump, double circulation pump.

SEPARATELY SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES:

high/low pressure gauges, remote control panel, RS 485 serial interface, coil guards on the condensing coil, rubber shock absorbers.
