GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Water cooled water chiller units, for indoor installation. The range consists of 13 models covering a cooling capacity from 5 to 45 kW.
VERSIONS:
CCH - cooling only
CCH/WP - cooling and heating
CCH/SP - cooling only, with storage tank
CCH/WP/SP - cooling and heating, with storage tank
TECHNICAL FEATURES FOR STANDARD VERSION (1):
Frame
Self-supporting galvanized steel frame protected with polyester powder painting. Stainless steel screws and bolts.
Compressor
Scroll single phase hermetic scroll type (from Mod. 51 up to 79), three phase (from Mod. 93 up to 447) with overload protection by a klixon embedded in the motor winding and crank case, where the constructor provides it, installed on vibrations absorbing rubber.
Condenser
In ASI 316 stainless steel braze welded plates type. It is completed with a presso static valve by using city/well water.
Evaporator
In AISI 316 stainless steel braze welded plate style. The evaporator is insulated with flexible closed cells material. Refrigerant circuit
The circuit, in copper tubes, includes: filter drier, sight glass, expansion valve, automatic reset low pressure switch and manual reset high pressure switch.
Electrical board
Includes: main circuit automatic breaker and magnetic-thermal switch with locking door device with automatic release, compressor contactor.
Microprocessor controls the following functions:
regulation of the water temperature, antifreeze protection, compressor timing, alarm reset, potential free contact for remote general alarm, local or remote cooling / heating change over (operating in heat pump), visual system with digital display: running cycle (cooling or heating), compressor delay relay/on, inlet water temperature, set point and differential setting, alarm decodification.
SEPARATELY SUPPLIED ACCESSORIES:
remote control panel, flow switch (standard in PF and SPF models), storage tank with water safety valve, high and low pressure gauges, rubber anti vibration isolators - microprocessor serial interface for B.S.M., circulating pump, RS 485 serial interface.
